BOOKING POLICY

At Treani Blossom we understand that life with a baby can be beautifully unpredictable. To support both our clients and our practice, we have a few simple policies in place to ensure a smooth and nurturing experience for everyone.

Appointments

• All sessions are by appointment only. You can book via the online booking link, phone number, or email.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for settling in and transitions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no shows will be charged the full session fee.

• If your baby is unwell, please let us know as soon as possible - we’re happy to reschedule with flexibility.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment.

• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise agreed in compassionate circumstances.

• Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another caregiver with written notice.

Late Arrivals

• If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, sessions will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

Health & Safety

• If you or your baby are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule - we appreciate your care for the wellbeing of others.

• Our space is designed to be warm, clean, and welcoming. Please let us know if you have any special requirements or concerns.

Group Classes & Workshops (if applicable)

• A minimum of 2 participants is needed for classes to run. We’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance if any session is postponed or cancelled.

• Missed group classes are non-refundable, but we’ll try our best to offer a make-up class if possible.
