BOOKING POLICY
Important information before you book
At Treani Blossom we understand that life with a baby can be beautifully unpredictable. To support both our clients and our practice, we have a few simple policies in place to ensure a smooth and nurturing experience for everyone.

Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only. You can book via the online booking link, phone number, or email.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for settling in and transitions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no shows will be charged the full session fee.

If your baby is unwell, please let us know as soon as possible - we’re happy to reschedule with flexibility.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise agreed in compassionate circumstances.

Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another caregiver with written notice.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, sessions will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

Health & Safety

If you or your baby are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule - we appreciate your care for the wellbeing of others.

Our space is designed to be warm, clean, and welcoming. Please let us know if you have any special requirements or concerns.

Group Classes & Workshops (if applicable)

A minimum of 2 participants is needed for classes to run. We’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance if any session is postponed or cancelled.

Missed group classes are non-refundable, but we’ll try our best to offer a make-up class if possible.
